/ph3Job Purpose /h3pThe candidate will support the Image Events team in the planning, coordination and execution of events and special projects, contributing to initiatives that enhance the Group's brand image worldwide.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupporting the day-to-day organization and coordination of events and brand activations.
/liliAssisting with administrative activities related to event management, including POs, invoice tracking, supplier onboarding and archive management.
/liliSupporting the preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation.
/liliAssisting in the coordination of agencies, suppliers and external partners.
/liliSupporting guest management and event logistics when required.
/liliCoordinating translations and managing internal documentation and graphic archives.
/liliMaintaining and updating team tools, including event calendars, budget trackers and project files.




/liliAssisting in the organization of meetings and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders.
/li /ulh3Knowledge And Skills /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
/liliExcellent knowledge of English.
/liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
/liliProactive attitude and willingness to learn.
/liliAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
/liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
