/liliTroubleshoot issues on multiple computer platforms: Macintosh, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices /liliKnowledge of network configurations: LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and VLAN /liliResponsible for asset tagging and entering all incoming equipment into our asset management system /liliProvide weekly reports on physical inventory counts as well as record weekly outflows of hardware equipment /liliWork with external Suppliers to schedule repairs for damaged/malfunctioning hardware /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbTECHNICAL SKILLS CERTIFICATIONS /b /ppbTechnical Skills /b /pulliExcellent skills in user IT infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc.
