/ppWith continued investment in hyperscale campuses, AI infrastructure, and mission-critical facilities, we're looking to speak with planners who have a proven track record of delivering complex construction programmes within live or new-build data centre environments.

/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliDevelop, maintain, and manage integrated project programmes from design through to commissioning and handover.
/liliMonitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and implement programme recovery strategies where required.
/liliProduce short-term and long-term look-ahead programmes, progress reports, and client updates.
/liliWork closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Commercial Teams, and subcontractors to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
/liliSupport commissioning schedules, systems integration, and phased handover activities.
/liliAssess programme risks, delays, and change impacts, providing practical mitigation strategies.
/liliSupport extension of time (EOT) assessments,
programme revisions, and forensic planning where required.
/liliAttend project planning meetings and provide accurate schedule analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
/li /ulpbWhat We're Looking For /b /pulliProven experience planning bdata centre, mission-critical, or large-scale MEP construction projects /b.
/liliAdvanced knowledge of bPrimavera P6 /b and critical path methodology.
/liliStrong understanding of CSA, MEP, and commissioning activities within complex construction projects.
/liliExperience producing and managing detailed project programmes in live construction environments.
/liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
/liliAbility to work independently while integrating with multidisciplinary project teams.
/liliFlexibility to work on-site across major European project locations.
/li /ulpbDesirable Experience /b /pulliHyperscale or colocation data centre projects.
/liliExperience working for Tier 1 contractors, specialist MEP contractors, or EPC organisations.
/liliKnowledge of NEC, FIDIC, or other major construction contracts.
/liliExperience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, BIM, or 4D planning tools.
/liliPrevious involvement in programme recovery, claims, or delay analysis.
