/p pEli Lilly Italia is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team at the Sesto Fiorentino (FI) site.
The role is dedicated to the Formulation Component Preparation area of our pre-filled syringes production.
Working side by side with the production teams, you will be hands?on from day one: on the shop floor, on the equipment, on the problems that come up during the shift.
It is the fastest way to build real technical expertise on systems operating in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, and to own it.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the Subject Matter Expert for all the systems under your responsibility within Formulation Component Preparation /li liWork with the Operational Support Team to ensure Work Orders are correctly closed within due dates and maintenance programs are properly implemented /li liAnalyze KPIs across Preventive Maintenance, WO execution, HSE, Quality, and Data Integrity, and evaluate projects to improve them /li liIdentify anomalies and issues occurring on the systems, and work with the team to solve them and avoid recurrences /li liPropose upgrade and revamping initiatives to make the systems more reliable and more efficient /li liEnsure top efficiency, availability, and performance of the systems /li liDevelop, integrate,
and review SOPs and Technical Assessments for the systems under your responsibility /li liLead and manage projects and changes regarding the systems under your responsibility /li liPlan Shut Down activities and work with the Maintenance Manager during the Shut Down period to complete all assigned tasks /li liInteract with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and propose an adequate plan of action /li liInterface with external contractors in case of needs or to involve them in projects when required /li liActively promote and support an interdependent HSE culture, with attention to Quality and Data Integrity in every activity /li /ul h3Basic Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) /li li1 year of experience in engineering, maintenance, or technical support, preferably in a complex industrial setting (internship or thesis experience in a pharmaceutical is a plus) /li liEnglish fluency (B2+) /li liAttention to HSE aspects /li liAttention to Quality and Data Integrity aspects /li /ul h3Additional Skills/Preferences /h3 ul liKnowledge of maintenance basics and its metrics /li liKnowledge of main utilities equipment /li liKnowledge of PED directive and other regulations related to machinery (Machinery Directive and similar) /li liAttitude to teamwork and problem solving /li /ul pLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
