The firm has built a strong track record of partnering with entrepreneurial businesses to accelerate growth through operational value creation, strategic development and buy-and-build initiatives.brTo support its continued investment activity, the fund is looking to appoint an bInvestment Manager /b to join its Milan-based investment team.brKey Responsibilities The successful candidate will be actively involved throughout the entire investment lifecycle, including:brulliOrigination and evaluation of new investment opportunities; /liliFinancial analysis, valuation and LBO modelling; /liliCommercial, financial and legal due diligence coordination; /liliPreparation of Investment Committee materials; /liliNegotiation and execution of acquisitions alongside senior partners; /liliActive portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives; /liliBoard preparation and interaction with portfolio company management teams; /liliExit planning and execution.
/li /ulCandidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:brulliApproximately b7–10 years of professional experience /b; /lilibPrevious direct investing experience within a Private Equity fund is mandatory /b; /liliStrong track record across the full investment cycle, from execution to portfolio management; /liliExcellent financial modelling and valuation capabilities; /liliStrong analytical skills combined with sound commercial judgement; /liliAbility to operate autonomously while working effectively within a lean investment team; /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; /liliFluency in both Italian and English.
