/p h3Place of Work: Park Hyatt Milano – Aquam Spa /h3 h3Job Level: Operative /h3 h3Report to: Housekeeping Spa Manager /h3 pResponsible for: The Assistant Spa Manager / Direttore Tecnico supports the operational and strategic management of the hotel Spa, ensuring high service standards, excellence in guest experience, and full compliance with all applicable regulations (health, safety, and industry standards).
/p pThis role combines operational, managerial, and technical responsibilities, contributing to the achievement of the Spa's financial and quality performance goals, in alignment with brand values (e.g., Hya care, inclusion, service excellence).
/p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure a personalized guest experience aligned with brand standards /li liHandle guest complaints,
