Callimacus is seeking a talented in-house Recruiter to design and run end-to-end hiring for engineering and other roles as the team grows in Milan.
You'll own sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing, building a durable recruitment process that scales with a young, founder-led startup.
You'll collaborate with the founders to define the hiring bar, craft employer branding, and implement ATS and tooling.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, merit-driven environment in the center of Milan.
