/p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Mechanical Designer Engineer to join our RD Team at Technogym HQ (Italy – Cesena).
/p pIdeally, you have a strong interest and proven capabilities in mechanical design, as you will be responsible for executing mechanical projects in compliance with requirements, costs, and deadlines, guaranteeing the expected product performance, quality and reliability.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liGuarantee mechanical design of the product/parts in accordance with technical and reliability specifications, target costs, timelines and internal design guidelines /li liGuarantee proper process management /li liGuarantee high-quality design and technical documentation /li liExecute the dimensioning of machines, parts and assemblies /li liCarry out 3D solid modeling /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out,
enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

/p h3What you should bring /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering /li liPrevious experience in executing designs of machines or functional groups of machines independently, taking care of the layout, dimensioning and engineering /li liExpert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo) and skilled at modelling solids and surfaces /li liExperience in projects with challenging objectives relating to the product cost (preferably in product-driven companies) /li liGood knowledge of the rules of dimensioning of mechanical parts in carpentry / metal materials and plastics and ability to conduct analytical structural evaluation/verification /li liKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers and ability to use them in process design /li liGood communication skills /li liProficiency in English and Italian /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
/p pFor this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
