You must have
Currently studying or recently graduated a Bachelor's/Master's in Economics, Business, Computer Science, etc. (or similar)
Scalability and automation hardwired in your DNA




Ability to execute independently — no guidance needed
Availability to work in-person at our Milan office
What you'll do
Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects
Build and optimise internal processes and automations across Operations, Growth, and Strategy
Deep-dive into data to identify bottlenecks and solve them independently
6-month internship
Salary plus premio aligned with market standards for startups
Potential for full-time conversion based on demonstrated success
