/p h3Role Description /h3 pThe role is responsible for managing the construction phases of the assigned ZEB (Zero Emission Buildings) projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, technical standards, and applicable regulations.
The position collaborates with the Procurement team, as well as with suppliers and external professionals, to ensure the effective execution of the planned activities, while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance with contractual and environmental objectives.
/p h3Responsibilities Objectives /h3 ul liCoordinate the implementation of ZEB projects throughout all operational phases /li liMonitor and ensure work progress in compliance with timelines and quality standards of execution /li liManage the project budget and control project costs and revenues /li liEnsure that the relationship between the Works Director and the executing contractors is carried out in accordance with the contractual conditions /li liSupport the Administration department in managing supplier payments and active invoicing /li liEnsure proper interaction with suppliers and subcontractors /li liCollect documentation required for technical regulatory compliance in accordance with company standards /li liSupport communication with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle /li /ul h3Main Activities /h3 ul liOperational project planning in collaboration with the Project Manager Supervisor and the Works Director /li liPhysical and financial progress monitoring /li liManagement of project documentation and reporting /li liCoordination with the Construction Manager (designer) and suppliers /li liCollection of declaration of conformity documentation, certifications, and testing records /li liManagement of final handover and project close-out /li /ul h3Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) /h3 ul liGross Margin (net of bank interest) /li liMilestones completed within deadlines – project progress /li liCash-in/cash-out according to budget – collections and payments /li liCustomer satisfaction /li /ul pSalary Range 4 - Variable compensation .
