Job Description
MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist (French AND Spanish Speaking) to join our team in Rome.
Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via ticket system or phone calls.
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage follow?ups.
Apply procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies.
Qualifications
Computer literacy, especially MS Office.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
Previous experience in customer contact is a plus.




Great problem?solving and communication skills.
Experience planning complex schedules of activities.
Working Pattern
Internship (tirocinio), 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Rome - hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days home office)
