/ppbr/pp bWork Mode: /b On-Site /pp bEmployment Type: /b B2B/ Freelance Contract /pp bLocation: /b Parma, Italy /ppbr/ppb Job Responsibilities: /b /pulliProvide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues /liliTroubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and standard business applications /liliInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices /liliSupport printers, scanners, and other end-user equipment /liliHandle password resets and basic Active Directory tasks /liliConfigure email accounts and assist with VPN connectivity /liliLog, track,
and update incidents in the ticketing system /liliEscalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams /liliEnsure timely resolution in line with SLA requirements /li /ulpbr/ppb?? Required Skills Experience: /b /pulli1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support /liliStrong knowledge of Windows ***** environment /liliBasic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) /liliExperience with Active Directory and user account management /liliGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /liliStrong communication and customer service skills /liliAbility to work independently in an on-site environment /li /ul
