We are seeking a Medical Operations Associate Manager to join our Medical Affairs team, supporting our Italy organization in a hybrid work mode.

Discover Your Role
- Drive compliant country Medical Affairs activities across therapeutic areas and local systems.
- Maintain audit readiness, legally required records, transparency reporting, ABAC documentation, and GXP processes.
- Localize SOPs and work instructions, develop process guides, and identify operational improvements.
- Manage vendor lifecycles, assessments, CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, purchase orders, budgets, and expenses.
- Coordinate advisory boards, symposia, training, congresses, venues, travel, IT, and catering.
- Lead meeting agendas, communications, actions, follow-up, trackers, and operational updates.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, team meetings, administration, and offsite planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6-8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech operations, coordination, project support, or administration.
- Country organization experience and knowledge of local compliance, transparency, governance, and regulated processes.
- Microsoft Office, Veeva CRM, Vault Medical, PromoMats, and procurement tools proficiency.
- Local-language fluency, with business-proficient English preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, service orientation, and independent stakeholder management.
- Significant Medical Affairs operations and event or congress logistics experience preferred.
- iCertis or SAP knowledge and Finance or Procurement partnership experience preferred.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.

Salary Range (annually) 49.500,00 € - 82.500,00 €
