/ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppWe are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Milan team and develop their career in technical recruitment within a dynamic outsourcing environment.
In this role, you'll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy.

/liliConduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.
/liliBuild and manage a high-quality, continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs.
/liliAct as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
/liliAdvise clients and internal teams on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Italian engineering landscape.
/liliContribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices.
/liliSupport employer branding efforts to position Prime Engineering Italy as an employer of choice in the engineering sector.
/li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We're Looking For /b /pulli1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role.
Experience in IT, technical, or outsourcing environments is required.
/liliA genuine interest in the IT sector and in building a career in technical recruitment.
/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills — you're comfortable talking to people at all levels of seniority.
/liliHighly organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
/liliA proactive, results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
/liliFluency in Italian (essential) and a good working level of English (required).
