Job Description

- Define and implement the commercial strategy across domestic and international markets
- Lead and develop the sales organizations dedicated to the Italian and Export markets
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and effective management of the commercial budget
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers, distributors,



and international partners
- Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and growth markets
- Manage major commercial negotiations and support the Group's competitive positioning

The Successful Applicant

-
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership roles within B2B industrial environments
- Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organizations
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Fluent English
- proficiency in a second language would be considered an advantage
