Randstad Italia is looking for aPurchase Order Specialiston behalf of one of our clients - a Chinese multinational company based in Vimodrone (Milan).
This is a one-year fixed-term contract through our outsourcing partner, Randstad Italia, with a strong possibility of renewal.
Location:Vimodrone (Milan) - 1 day remote work per week
Contract Type:12-month fixed-term with renewal potential
Salary Range:€30,000 - €35,000 (commensurate with experience)
What will be your main responsibilities?
Procurement Operations:Manage general procurement activities based on the Business Units' needs.
PO Management:Prepare purchase-order-related documents and support suppliers from the initial quotation to the billing configuration in the system.
Tracking & Delivery:Monitor ongoing purchase orders to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
Administrative Support:Assist with contract management, archiving,

and daily operational support tasks.
What are the skills required for this position?
Requirements:
Experience:At least 2 years of professional working experience (maximum 5 years), ideally in a procurement or corporate support role.
Languages:Native-level Italian and fluent English are mandatory.
Education:University degree in Business Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
IT Skills:Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel).
Mindset:Willingness to perform essential operational/assistance tasks, combined with an autonomous, structured, and hands?on, "can?do" attitude.
Knowledge or experience with Asian business culture and/or proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
