Responsibilities
Collaborate with the client project team to develop and apply best practice/coordination procedures related to contract administration.
Support the client in all activities necessary for the proper execution of contracts and to reduce related risks.
Ensure the management of the relevant data and document flow and issue suitable reporting.
Requirements
Laurea in Giurisprudenza or Economia.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of typical contracts related to large works, infrastructure, and/or environmental remediation interventions.
Knowledge of best practices and international standards.
Basic jurisprudence knowledge for contract management.
Technical knowledge and tools of contract administration.
Knowledge of data and document management tools.
Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Word, Access).
Location: On site, Padova.
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Fixed-term contract of 6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion.
