M+C Saatchi is looking for anAccount Managerto join our team.
The Account team plays a key role in managing relationships with major clients and ensuring the seamless execution, maintenance, and development of creative campaigns across a variety of channels and platforms.
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving account growth and managing multiple client projects.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do
Manage the day-by-day operations of assigned client accounts
Develop a strong understanding of clients' marketing goals, target audience, and key challenges
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction while contributing to account growth
Support the development of creative assets and client deliverables
Act as a key liaison across internal and external teams (e.g. creative, strategy, production, post-production) to align on strategy, planning, and execution
Own weekly status reports and tracking documents to ensure smooth and transparent account management
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; agency background preferred
Solid understanding of integrated 360° campaigns: ATL, BTL, Social, and Digital
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong client-facing and presentation abilities
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
A collaborative,
solutions-driven mindset with a positive attitude
Self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote
Fluent in English in both spoken and written forms
