/ppbr/ppbYour Role /b /ppAs a Program Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact.
/ppYou'll take full ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership — driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.
/ppbr/ppbA few examples of your responsibilities /b /pulliPlan and lead complex fintech and banking programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
/liliCoordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech and Product) and manage vendors or clients.
/liliDrive the successful delivery of multi-stream programs aligned with BKN301's strategy.
/liliBuild and maintain governance and reporting frameworks for visibility and control.
/liliManage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
/liliPromote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.




/li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We're Looking For /b /pulli5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.
/liliProven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects.
/liliExperience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream).
/liliStrong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas.
/liliExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
/liliFluent in English.
/liliFamiliarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).
/li /ulpbr/ppbNice to have: /b /pulliBackground in finance, economics, or consulting (Big4).
/liliExperience in scaleups or fintech environments (BaaS, payments, digital banking).
/liliKnowledge of PSD2, AML, GDPR, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
