ppbTXT e-Tech /b, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a bSoftware Asset Management Specialist (System Integrator) /b to join an important customer project.
/p pThe selected candidate will be responsible for the operational management of the company's software assets and licensing portfolio, ensuring the proper governance of the entire software asset lifecycle.
/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Software Asset Management Manager during the periodic software and hardware requirements collection process /li liManage the lifecycle of application logs /li liMonitor and track the progress of the Software Asset Management process using dedicated tools /li liProvide operational support for incident management, software downloads and license installations /li liAdminister and manage License Servers /li liMonitor software license usage and prepare reports to optimize software asset utilization /li liManage user and device access permissions /li liSupport end users by liaising with software vendors to resolve technical issues /li liPerform software installation, updates, access control activities and log analysis /li /ul h3Required technical skills /h3 ul liExperience in Software Asset Management processes and software license lifecycle management /li liKnowledge of the main software licensing technologies and platforms, including: Cisco, MathWorks, Ansys, Microsoft, Autodesk, Dynatrace, Minitab,
Broadcom, MindManager, Red Hat , PrimX,Oracle, Snow, USU, SUSE /li /ul h3Education /h3 pTechnical diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree in: /p ul liComputer Science /li liComputer Engineering /li /ul h3Completing the profile /h3 ul liTeam-working attitude /li liProblem-solving skills /li liCoaching and user support skills /li liPrecision and service-oriented mindset /li liStrong organizational and interpersonal skills /li /ul h3Work Location Hybrid Policy /h3 ul liRome, Italy.
