Mandarin Oriental, Rome is seeking a Director of Purchasing to lead the strategic and operational management of the hotel's procurement function.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will source goods and services, foster supplier partnerships and drive cost efficiencies.
You will oversee procurement operations, negotiate favourable contracts, manage supplier performance, and lead a high-performing purchasing team to support our luxury destination open and ongoing operations.
