/b /pp• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for IoT-connected solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
/pp• Define, prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog, writing clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria ready for development teams.
/pp• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and connectivity/hardware experts, ensuring shared understanding across all parties.
/pp• Lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective), keeping delivery on track in a complex, multi-team environment.
/pp• Make decisive product trade-offs by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities across the IoT ecosystem (devices, firmware, cloud, mobile).
/pp• Monitor product performance post-release, collecting data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement iterations.
/pp• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and blockers, escalating when necessary and proactively following up to closure.
/pp• Contribute to the definition of connectivity standards, device behaviour specifications, and integration requirements with backend and mobile platforms.

/b /pp• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent experience.
/pp• At least 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record in IoT, connected devices or embedded systems environments.
/pp• Background in consumer electronicsb, smart home or industrial IoT.
/b /ppb • Previous experience in connectivity platform migrations or large-scale IoT programme rollouts.
/b /pp• Strong hands-on experience with agile delivery frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g.
Jira); ability to write development-ready stories bridging hardware behaviour, firmware, cloud services and mobile applications.
/pp• Fluentb English at C1 level /b(spoken and written); Italian fluency required for daily collaboration in Italy.
/pp• Exceptional stakeholder management, prioritization and communication skills; comfortable operating in large, multi-team programmes with high ambiguity and fast-changing requirements.
/pp• Experience with MQTT, device management platforms, or edge computing.
/pp• Exposure to mobile app product ownership (iOS/Android) alongside device ecosystems.

/pp• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
/pp• Freelance option available (remote across Italy): EUR 200 – EUR 250/day.
/pp• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
