***For our headquarters in Rome, we are looking for a Strategy and New Initiatives Specialist.
****The role will involve the following activities:*** Support the identification, evaluation and implementation of investment opportunities linked to business development initiatives,
to the entry into new markets and to innovation initiatives* Support the Top Management in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and strategic partnerships* Produce reports to present to the Top Management the outputs of the strategic initiatives analysis* Support the strategic planning and market analysis processes, monitoring competitive scenario and market positioning of products/services**Required Skills and Experience**:* Degree in Business / Economics / Management Engineering* **2-4 years** of work experience in a similar role* Previous consulting experience strongly requested* Excellent business modeling, financial and strategic planning* Excellent analytical skills, and a strong eye for capturing relevant details* English proficiency* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Strong team player with good networking and leadership skills**What We Offer:*** CCNL: Private Metalworking Industry and Plant Installation Sector* Working arrangement: Hybrid* Employment category: Employee* Contract type: Permanent-term* 13th-month salary payment* Performance premio linked to Business results* Welfare vouchers worth €250 per year* Meal vouchers worth €8.50,

****How Does the Recruitment Process Work?
