Our requirements
Initial experience or completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not required – what matters most is that you are motivated and eager to learn
You identify with the world of board sports and streetwear culture and have a strong sense for their community and lifestyle
You are communicative, curious, and actively engage with customers to offer excellent customer service
You value teamwork, respect, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
You are interested in a long-term collaboration, bring initiative, and want to develop both personally and professionally

The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €1989,85 gross per month (full-time, 40 hours per week)). This sum may vary depending on region.
