The role:
The purpose of this role is to support and assist in managing client plans and daily activities while collaborating with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Ensure projects meet objectives and stay on time and budget.
Client Support: Assist the Client Manager with client liaison and administration.
Market Research: Research new market trends to incorporate innovative strategies into planning.
Client Communication:
Maintain high-quality communication and service delivery with clients.
Data Monitoring: Monitor sales data to measure plan effectiveness and flag issues.
Skills:
2+ years of experience in video media planning or activation in agencies.
Deep knowledge of Kimono, Arianna, Kubik, AQX Nielsen; GMP knowledge is a plus.
Focus on client management.
Proven project management skills, with ability to deliver on time and within budget.
Adaptability to changing client needs and market conditions.
Excellent client-facing skills, including communication and relationship building.
Strong market research skills to identify and analyze trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing sales data.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Problem-solving skills to address issues proactively.
