Within our Investment & Engineering team, part of Operations, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge machinery used in the production of power and telecommunications cables.In this role, you will play a key part throughout the entire lifecycle of industrial projects—from concept and design to installation, commissioning, and production start-up—working in an international environment and collaborating with teams across the globe.What you'll doAs an Electrical Design Engineer, you will:Define electrical specifications for machinery and equipment used in cable manufacturing processes.Design and develop solutions involving electrical systems, automation, power electronics, drives, and control systems.Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation solutions.Support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment in Prysmian plants worldwide.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, reliability,
