pOur Client is an international general contractor specialized in consultancy, design, audit, construction, and commissioning in Data Center, Logistic and Industrial sector.
/ppTo support the Italian team growth in the Data Center Sector, we are now looking for a bSenior Project Manager.
/b /ppYou will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects, partnering closely with the team to ensure a seamless flow from the Planning phase through to Commissioning.
/ppbr/ppThe role combines: /pulliTechnical expertise (HVAC, LV/MV electrical systems, security, BMS, commissioning) /liliProject management (coordination, scheduling, costs, quality).
/li /ulpbr/ppbMain Responsibilities /b /pp• Delivering data center project in line with budgetary, compliance, regulatory and planning controls.
/pp• Keep full and proper records of all meetings and negotiations attended or conducted.
/pp• Prepare and maintain a Project Execution Plan for the project, identifying the roles and responsibilities of client Infrastructure team, the consultant team, the contractor and any / all specialist sub-contractors and suppliers /pp• Establish the procedure process for communication between all the relevant stakeholders.
/pp• Assist in identifying the decisions to be taken and the information required for the relevant documents to be prepared.
/pp• Support the Change Management Process for the project/programme /ppof projects by liaising with Client and stakeholders.
/pp• Monitoring and reporting to the Client, at intervals to suit the progress of /ppthe works: actual progress vs planned.
Proposing and discussing with /ppclient any remedial actions required for the recovery of any delay /ppbr/ppbQualifications and experience: /b /pp• A Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Building Engineering, Architecture or a related field; /pp• At least 10 years of construction management experience; /pp• An excellent level of English (B2 / C1) and a Good level of Italian (B2); /pp• Knowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be considered a plus; /pp• Proven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plus; /pp• Professional accreditations (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent) will be considered a plus.
/pp• Frequent site presence will be required.
Projects are based in Milan hinterland, mainly east and south of Milan /ppbr/ppLocation – Milano e Hybrid /ppSalary pacakge - ******€ - ******€ + MBO - Based on experience.
