pbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliProvide bpre-sales technical support /b to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.
/liliDeliver bafter-sales technical support /b, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues.
/liliBuild and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support.
/liliSupport bnew product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events /b in the Italian market.
/liliCollect and communicate bcustomer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues /b to Product and RD teams.
/liliSupport blocal product testing and validation /b, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
/liliMaintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
/liliWork closely with Sales, Product, Service and RD teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.
/li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor's degree or above in bElectrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation /b or a related technical field.
/liliRelevant experience in bsolar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems /b is highly preferred.
/liliGood understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical systems and system commissioning.
/liliPrevious experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering is preferred.
/liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
/liliComfortable communicating directly with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers.
/liliStrong customer-service mindset and ability to manage technical issues independently.
/liliGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
/liliWillingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe.
/lilibFluent Italian and good English skills /b are required.
Chinese is preferred.
