Your Impact
Design and implementcore featureswith state-of-the-art technologies such asReact, Bun, Elixir, and TypeScript
Engineerevent-driven, distributed services, abstracting logic withstate machinesto automate complex business flows
Build engagingvisual composersand reusablecomponentsto empower composition at every layer
Extend and optimize ourdistributed, isomorphic frameworks and SDKs
Deliverlightspeed development workflowsthat scale across enterprises
Mentor peers and influence architectural direction across the platform
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional experience, with strong full stack expertise
Mastery ofReact, Bun, Elixir, Phoenix, TypeScript, Tailwind
Deep knowledge ofevent-driven architectures,Actor Systems,State Machines,Event Sourcing, and other distributed patterns
Proven experience withdistributed systemsandWeb Standards
Familiarity withcloud-native practices, APIs, CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes
Experience working with bothstructured and unstructured databases
Knowledge of advanced distributed algorithms such asCRDTs, Raft, MapReduce, VRRs, and Bloom filters
Notions ofAI technologies, architectures, and techniquessuch astransformers, embeddings, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, recommendation xysqume systems, and explainability frameworks
Passion formodern, composable, distributed, and holistic architectures
Nice to Have
Background inmicro frontends, microservices, or message brokers(Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ)
Experience withpolyglot runtimesandlanguage-agnostic platforms
Open-source contributions or community engagement
Experience designing ergonomic developer tools for modern workflows
