Main Purpose of the role
You'll manage the end-to-end supply process for internal suppliers.
You'll ensure the accuracy of orders, maintain supply parameters, and continuously monitor production and delivery plans to guarantee service level and stock coverage targets are met.
What you will do
Take ownership of S/4-related workflows and system processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues, improving data flows, and working closely with IT and key users to fix bugs and enhance planning effectiveness.
Management of internal and external suppliers: monitoring production and delivery plans, maintaining purchase orders, and ensuring supply continuity.
Alignment with Marketing to ensure project timelines and communication of obsolescence related to product phase-outs.
Support local Supply Planning teams on issues related to service levels;
Stock coverage, and critical code communications;
Define, test, and updateMRP parametersfor materials to ensure planning accuracy;
SupportCustomer Service, Finance, and Salesteams regarding service level and stock coverage;




Prepare and share aweekly supply reporthighlighting at-risk products and upcoming supply issues.
Our Perfect Candidate
5 years experience asSupply Planner in FMCG industry;
Degree in Engineering,Supply Chain Managementor related field.
Strong knowledge ofSAP HANA(especially MM and PP modules)
Data analysis skills,advanced Excel(Power Query, nested functions); PowerBI and Datalake
Basic knowledge ofMS PBI
Experience withdatabase tools(examples: Angles for SAP, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, OLAP cube)
Ability to manage multiple priorities withspeed and accuracy
Professional proficiency in English
The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €60,000.
