Sales Account - Welding
to support the growth and development of its welding business.
Requisiti:
Main Responsibilities
Develop and manage customers within the welding industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with distributors, fabricators, OEMs, and end users.
Promote Rodacciai's welding solutions and technical advantages.
Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Altre informazioni:
3+ years of experience in technical sales within welding, stainless steel, industrial materials, or related sectors.
Solid knowledge of welding processes and applications.
Strong business development and account management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Availability for frequent business travel.
