The Organisation has a renowned brand name in the industry and supply their innovative Solar PV solutions internationally to the residential, commercial, and utilities/ EPC markets.
/ppbr/ppNow experiencing exponential growth across Europe and looking to bolster the commercial operation in Italy, our Client is seeking a Sales Manager, Italy.
/ppThis appointment will be vital addition to the team to strengthen their market presence more aggressively and is primarily focussed on the new range of products being sold to installers and wholesalers across the Italian region.
/ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities: /ppbr/pulliManage existing key accounts - wholesalers - and installer sales in Italy.
/liliExecute expansion sales strategy in region /liliUndertake business development tasks for the region /liliBe a brand advocate, ensuring exceptional knowledge of the full product portfolio /liliAttend all initial commercial and product queries /liliManage sales pipeline and achieve or surpass sales goals set /liliActively acquire new customers specifically with solar and electrical installers /liliMaintain relationships with installers and distributors across Italy /liliOrganise and conduct sales and product training to partners and clients /liliConsolidate brand presence in region /liliParticipate in trade fairs, exhibitions and external marketing /li /ulpbr/ppKey Requirements: /ppbr/pulliPossess a passion for energy, renewables, engineering and the clean energy market /liliProven sales experience selling high-tech innovative products within a market region /liliTrack record of increasing market share in a challenging market /liliDirect experience with solar pv, solar systems, or energy storage technologies advantageous /liliPossess an understanding of the local Solar and ESS market preferable /liliExceptional business relationship management skills and acumen /liliExcellent negotiation skills /liliA strong and clear communicator /liliCustomer-orientated, focused on delivering client satisfaction /liliPassion for selling great and cutting-edge products /liliEnthusiasm for learning and affinity for solar, energy storage and renewables sector.
