/p h3This position reports to: Operations Manager /h3 h3Your role and responsibilities /h3 ul liIn this role you will have the opportunity to lead the factory HSE function.
/li liEach day, you will make sure the teams keeps developing capabilities and skills, supporting the business in the implementation of policies, practices and programs.
/li liYou will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization.
/li /ul pThe role is : Hybrid #Linkedin_Hybrid /p h3You will be mainly accountable for: /h3 ul liSupporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities and any other legal, internal or group HSE requirements /li liEnsuring appropriate tools and measures are in place to monitor the legal and internal compliance and used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.
/li liReporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Group and local targets and objectives /li liDrive behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practice /li /ul h3Qualifications for the role /h3 ul liYou are highly skilled in HSE topics related to a manufacturing activities /li liYou have at least five years of experience in managing HSE in a manufacturing unit /li liPossess an enhanced knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and relevant international standard, RSPP/ASPP qualification is preferred; /li liYou are passionate about knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and their impacts on health, safety and environment /li liUniversity degree in HSE engineering or equivalent ; /li liYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 ul liApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico /li liMinimum annual salary: ****** /li liVariable Pay: AIP target 5% + Eligible for Company Productivity Premio /li /ul h3Benefits as per policy /h3 ul liFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families /li liWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized services /li liCanteen or meal vouchers provided /li /ul pABB's Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world's largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun – leaner and cleaner.
