To support this expansion, they are hiring an experienced Solutions Consultant (Presales) based in Italy. The role reports to the Director of Solutions Consulting and will be central in shaping customers’ integration and automation strategy.
THE ROLE
You’ll guide enterprise customers through their evaluation journey—clarifying technical requirements, mapping future-state architecture, and demonstrating how the platform delivers value. You’ll also influence product direction by feeding real market needs back to the Product team.
As part of the global Solutions Consulting and Architecture community,
you will take full ownership of the technical workstream during the presales lifecycle, running workshops and defining integration and AI-agent-driven automation scenarios for customers.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of presales experience within a SaaS company
• Strong background in enterprise integration and automation across different industries
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, integration patterns, middleware, APIs, web services, messaging frameworks, and databases
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, iPaaS solutions, and modern SaaS ecosystems
• Experience building customer-specific value propositions, integration roadmaps, and architectural recommendations
• Awareness of major integration vendors (MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, SnapLogic, etc.)
• Understanding of how AI/agents are reshaping integration and orchestration
