• Structured training to allow you to grow within the store and gain skills to shape your future career • Promotion and pay increase opportunities • Competitive compensation and benefit package; includes meal vouchers, staff discount, paid time off to volunteering for a good cause• Maintaining VM standards, particularly in specific zones assigned by management• Implementing layout plans as directed by management• Installing and setting up Europe-wide window displays and campaign stylings• Campaign-focused styling of mannequins, taking market trends into account• Installing effective in-store displays in line with marketing and promotional guidelines• Regular checks of all VM elements such as mannequins, displays, lighting, and light boxes• Delivering excellent customer service• Participating in regular meetings with the Store Management Team• Training and onboarding sales staff in VM and display standards• Assist customers to answer any questions they may have, welcome them into fitting rooms, manage the cash register, all with the aim of offering e
