Your role Supporting the management in all administrative and organizational matters.
Coordinating and planning appointments, meetings, and events.
Preparing and following up on presentations and reports.
Close collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information.
Contributing to the implementation of projects and strategic initiatives.
Your Profile Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a management support role.
Excellent communication skills and an outstanding understanding of organization.
Passion for efficient processes and continuous improvement.
Fluent in German, Italian, and English; additional language skills are a plus.
