/p pWe are currently seeking a bSenior Consultant with Modern Workplace/Microsoft 365 expertise /b to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will provide expert consulting services to customers, lead transformation projects from initial assessment through delivery, and collaborate with Insight and cross-functional teams to identify and propose the most suitable strategic solutions aligned with customer requirements.
/p h3Purpose Of The Role And Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver medium to large-scale projects for a variety of customers, ensuring objectives are met on time and in line with requirements.
/li liDesign and configure solutions based on customer needs, translating requirements into the most appropriate technical configuration.
/li liProvide professional consulting services focused on solution optimization and business value.
/li liPrepare Statements of Work (SoW) aligned with customer customization and project requirements.
/li liDeliver customer demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions where required.
/li liCollaborate effectively within the team, supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience as a Senior Consultant in the Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365 space.




/li liProven consulting experience delivering structured and complex projects in customer environments.
/li liHands-on project experience involving migrations, optimization, advisory services, and security initiatives, including the delivery of workshops and demonstrations.
/li liExperience leading projects as a Technical Lead and/or serving as the primary technology reference point for Modern Workplace engagements.
/li liExperience supporting pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise to sales teams during solution design and proposal development.
/li liExperience coaching and mentoring junior consultants.
/li liExperience creating project documentation and customer proposals using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
/li liFluent English language skills.
/li liSpanish language skills are considered an advantage.
/li liModern Workplace certifications are highly desirable.
/li liKnowledge of common migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest, and ShareGate is preferred.
