Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, instrument uptime, and ultimately, scientific breakthroughs in laboratories nationwide. Collaborating closely with Sales, Applications, and Service teams across Europe, you'll contribute to Revvity's overall business performance and growth.

Key Responsabilities
Technical Service Delivery

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Revvity's Diagnostics and Life Sciences portfolio (immunoassay platforms, LC/MS, DNA extractors, plate readers, imaging systems, liquid handling, etc.) ensuring maximum uptime across Italian territory.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to service calls, prioritizing critical customer needs.
- Manage and track technical escalations,
coordinating with European technical support and product specialists to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide on-site technical training and troubleshooting support to optimize instrument performance.
Collaboration & Business Impact

- Partner with Sales, Applications, and European Service teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Share field insights with Product Management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Operational & Administrative Excellence

- Manage spare parts inventory and complete all service documentation, reports, and expenses per SLA requirements.
- Maintain current technical documentation and ensure compliance with Quality Management System and safety standards.
- Align activities with departmental KPIs and performance targets.
