/ppYou will combine hands-on Java development with technical leadership, helping the team build scalable, reliable and observable systems while contributing to the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.
/ppYou'll work closely with Engineering, DevOps and Product stakeholders in a lean and highly technical environment.

/liliDesign and improve SMPP integrations, DLR handling, routing, throttling and carrier connectivity.
/liliDrive observability initiatives and reliability standards across the platform.
/liliOwn technical debt remediation and architectural improvements.
/liliContribute to the evolution toward multichannel capabilities (RCS, WhatsApp, Viber).

/liliCollaborate with DevOps on scalability, HA, disaster recovery and infrastructure optimization.

/li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we are looking for – Essential qualifications /b /pulli5–8 years of experience in backend software engineering.
/liliStrong hands-on experience with modern Java ecosystems and Rest API development.
/liliDeep knowledge of SQL and strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL DBMS.
/liliExperience leading technical initiatives or small engineering teams.
/liliSolid understanding of JVM internals, Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
/liliExperience with high-concurrency and low-latency distributed systems.
/liliInterest and practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools.
/liliStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
/liliItalian fluent or C1 level; English B2+.
/li /ulpbr/ppbNice to have /b /pulliExperience in CPaaS, messaging or telecom environments.
/liliWorking knowledge of SMPP and messaging infrastructures.
/liliFamiliarity CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.

/liliExperience delivering AI/LLM-powered features in production.
