As a Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share for Hongfa's products within your assigned territory in Northwestern Italy. You will act as both a commercial and technical partner to customers while developing new business opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Your responsibilities

- Promote and sell the Hongfa product portfolio within your assigned territory
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
- Act as the primary commercial and technical interface for customers
- Proactively identify, acquire, and develop new customers
- Develop and expand the regional distribution network
- Prepare monthly sales reports, including forecasts and project pipelines
- Develop annual budgets and sales action plans
- Represent Hongfa at trade fairs and events
- Drive sales growth, profitability,



and market share in line with Hongfa's business development strategy

Your strengths

-
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales of electronic and/or electromechanical components
- Strong technical understanding and customer-oriented mindset
- Experience with electromechanical and/or passive components
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and CRM systems is an advantage
- Experience in the Energy and Industrial markets
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and committed to building long-term business relationships
- Native or fluent proficiency in the local language and fluent English are required; additional language skills are an advantage
