Hometown Urgent Care seeks a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan. You will work in a team-based setting focused on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and education.

You'll conduct physical exams, diagnose and manage conditions, and perform in-scope procedures while collaborating with ENT, Surgical, and Medical subspecialties. Documentation is via E-ClinicalWorks; a strong patient-connection and teamwork are essential.
