Context We're looking for a Portfolio PMO to build and lead our Professional Services governance framework and enable data-driven decision‐making at scale.
Key Responsibilities Define and implement portfolio governance frameworks (status reporting, RAG, escalation paths) Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio performance (risks, dependencies, financials) Design and own KPI frameworks across delivery, financial performance, and operations Develop dashboards and reporting to support executive decision‐making Standardise processes, templates, and tools across regions Ensure data accuracy and a reliable single source of truth Support PS Managers and Project Managers with best practices and governance guidelines Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and maturity Key skills and requirements 7–10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, or delivery operations Experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or consulting environments Strong exposure to governance frameworks, KPI design,
and executive reporting Experience managing multi‐project / multi‐country environments KPI definition and performance tracking Risk and escalation management Financial and delivery performance analysis Dashboarding and data modelling (Excel, BI tools) Process standardisation & optimisationFamiliarity with PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.) Professional working proficiency in Italian language Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication French is a plus Mindset Highly structured and analytical Proactive and forward‐looking Strong influencer without formal authority Execution‐ and outcome‐driven High level of transparency and integrity Able to operate at both detail and strategic portfolio level What can you expect from us?
