Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro Soilmec SpA is looking for:Field Service SpecialistResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to Foundation EquipmentTroubleshoot hydraulic, hardware, software, and communication interface issuesCollaborate with customers to understand technical problems and provide effective solutions to meet their needsAssemble, install, and wire electrical systems on board the machine, including electrical panels and related connectionsVerify correct installation using tools such as testers and multimetersAssemble mechanical and hydraulic componentsCoordinate with internal teams, including Design Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Control, to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvementDeliver product training courses to customers and service partners to enhance their understanding and problem-solving capabilitiesAccurately and promptly document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutionsActivitiesTechnical diploma (industrial, mechanical, electrical, or electronic)Knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electrotechnical drawingsKnowledge of electrical equipment for wiring and precision toolsKnowledge of PLC programming systemsKnowledge of measurement instruments: testers, multimeters, and othersKnowledge of screw, bolt, thread,
