Job Title: Night Manager The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation, and providing exceptional guest service. This role plays a key part in maintaining hotel security, handling emergencies, and preparing daily reports to ensure a smooth transition to the morning team. • Guest Services Greet guests and handle late-night check‐ins and early‐morning check‐outs Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and service requests during overnight hours Provide professional assistance in emergency situations, including medical incidents and facility alarms Night Audit &
• Financial Reconciliation Review daily transactions and reconcile guest accounts with accuracy Post room charges, taxes, and additional fees correctly to PMS Verify all front desk transactions and ensure accurate system postings Reporting &
• Handover Prepare daily audit and financial reports Ensure a clear and accurate handover to the morning shift team Security &
• Property Monitoring Monitor hotel security systems and conduct overnight safety checks Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff Operations Support Support overall front desk operations during night shifts Ensure smooth hotel operations throughout the overnight period Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Experience Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Experience working in a customer‐facing role during late-night or early-morning hours Education & Qualification Valid working visa in Japan Valid Driver's License (Japanese, international, or foreign driver's license with an official Japanese Translation) Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and operational tasks Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks during overnight hours Basic computer skills and confidence using hotel systems Language Skills Business level or above in English Competencies Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong sense of responsibility when working during overnight hours Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Experience Previous experience in night audit, front desk operations, or hotel finance Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) Education & Qualification AED certification or first aid training Background in hospitality, accounting,
or finance‐related education Skills Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements Strong problem‐solving skills in fast‐paced or unexpected situations Language Skills Conversational level or above in Japanese Competencies High energy and focus during night shifts Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership Willingness to work 5 days per week, with occasional 6th day shifts (with additional pay) EMPLOYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION Contract Period & Renewal

Initial Work Location: one of the company's properties in Niseko Area, Hokkaido
- Scope of changes: company properties in Niseko Area, Rusutsu or Furano.
- Training may be conducted at other location.
- Employees may be required to work at different properties based on operational needs.
- The initial assignment will be determined by the company.
