Job Title: Double Quick Deli Manager Reports To: Store Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hourly Role Type: Full-time Working Hours: This position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Weekly hours will vary depending on business needs.

Job Summary

The Double Quick Deli Manager plays a key role in leading deli operations and ensuring all company standards, policies, and food safety regulations are met. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment, managing inventory and food costs, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. The Deli Manager supports Refuel's mission by delivering quality products, exceptional service, and strong financial performance.

- Lead and develop a team that delivers friendly, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Oversee all deli operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and waste control to meet company and financial goals.
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper product presentation at all times.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve performance and service standards.
- Schedule and supervise deli staff to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Maintain vendor relationships and verify order accuracy and product quality.
- Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by conducting regular inspections.
- Model professional behavior, uphold company policies, and perform additional duties as needed.
