and speak English.* Basic math skills and good use of logic* Able to work and think independently* Prior experience working on a machineSpecific knowledge* Experience in a manufacturing environment* Basic math skills and good use of logic* Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasksSpecific competencies* An excellent team player who is committed to helping and communicating with coworkers* Ability to motivate coworkers and train to perform job in as efficient a manner as possible* Have an innovative mindset of always improving the process and creating greater efficiencies* High level of accuracy and attention to detail* Excellent communication skillsThe position offers a base compensation of 27.000€ - 30.000€ annually. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
