We are looking for an experienced Painter Operator to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing multi‑layer spray painting on custom‑made components for high‑profile projects.
This position is open to all candidates regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, origin, age, or disability, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 198/2006.
What You’ll Do Prepare and treat surfaces (sanding, cleaning, masking)
Apply various layers of paint by spray, following the specified cycles
Check finishes and carry out final quality control
What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in spray painting, preferably in the industrial, furniture or design sectors




Knowledge of multi‑layer painting cycles: primer, base coat, top coat, clear coat, etc.
Ability to read and interpret technical data sheets for painting materials
Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality focus
Operational autonomy and sense of responsibility
