Organize and coordinate the Group's monthly management consolidation closing process
- Develop a thorough understanding of and provide clear explanations to senior management regarding balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow dynamics
- Prepare, together with the direct manager, Board of Directors presentation materials and supporting documentation, and actively participate in discussions with the CEO and CFO
- Produce the monthly reporting package, including detailed analyses of Group companies and Corporate functions
- Manage and further develop the Group reporting and management consolidation platform (Tagetik)
- Proactively contribute to finance process and systems optimization and transformation projects
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering
- At least 7 years experience in Audit/FP&A;
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Solid understanding of accounting procedures and monthly closing processes;
Experience in management consolidation activities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience with reporting, consolidation (Tagetik), and business intelligence systems.
Our Offer Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 55.200, in line with experience. The compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual premio, which can reach 12% of base salary at target. A range of additional benefits (e.g., is also available in accordance with Company policy.
