About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead and expand our operations in Italy, with a strong focus on sales growth and business development . This is an opportunity to join a well-established international company entering a new phase of expansion in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across key business segments.
Manage and develop the sales team , setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations , ensuring alignment with global standards and local market needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders .
Identify new business opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure operational excellence.
Report directly to the regional leadership team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, or Sales Director in a B2B environment.
Strong track record in sales leadership , business development, and team management.
Excellent understanding of the Italian market and customer dynamics.
Fluent in Italian and English .
Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills.
Experience in managing P&L; and driving profitability.
