Overview vivo is looking for a proactive Junior GTM Manager to support our go-to-market activities in Italy. You will help shape product and channel strategies, coordinate new product launches, monitor sales performance, and work closely with sales, retail, brand, and other cross-functional teams to deliver market objectives.

- ProductSalesStrategy: Developproduct‐mixplanningforprioritychannelsandchannel‐specificsalesstrategiesforeachproductline. Collaboratewithcross‐functionalteamstotrackandmanageplannedvolumesandinventoryturnoverthroughouttheproductlifecycle.
- ChannelSalesStrategy: Reviewandmonitorannualandmonthlysalestargetsacrosschannels. Alignsalesandretailresourcestoensureon‐trackdeliveryoffull‐yearbusinessobjectives.
- SalesAttribution&PerformanceImprovement;: Leverageinternalvolume‐priceforecastingandcompetitive‐benchmarkinsightstoformulatesalesstrategiesforprioritychannelsandkeyproducts,andproviderecommendationsforresource‐allocationdecisions. CollaboratewithItaly‐basedsales,retailandbrandteamstoexecuteinitiativesanddrivesalesperformanceuplift.
- InternalCross‐functionalCollaboration: Ownnew‐productlaunchworkflows,coveringroadmapalignment,launch‐plandevelopment,on‐the‐groundexecutionandpost‐launchreview. ComplywithGTMteammanagementandwork‐splitrequirementstodelivermarket‐specifictargets. JobRequirements 1. Bachelor'sdegreeorabove,withminimum3yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience.Priorexperienceinmobile‐industrychannel,sales,retailandproduct‐relatedrolesispreferred. 2. Strongcommunicationskills,rigorouslogicalthinking,sharpresult‐orientationandprovenabilitytolearnanditeraterapidly. 3. Highsenseofownershipandexecutioncapability;capableofindependentlydeliveringprojectsanddrivingcross‐partystakeholderstowardsharedgoals. 4. Proficient in both English and Chinese; Italian language proficiency at B2 level or above.
